Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange.
Items Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused and unopened
In the same condition as received
In the original, undamaged packaging with all labels and seals intact
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once opened or if the seal is broken:
Skincare & cosmetic products
Personal or intimate wellness products
Vitamins, supplements, or other consumables
Sale or clearance items (unless the item is defective)
Gift cards
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number and a photo of the issue.Email/WhatsApp: [add your details]
How to Start a Return

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Return shipping for non-defective items is at the customer’s cost. Please use a trackable courier, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
